Every Web Hosting and WordPress Hosting plan includes email hosting. You can create email accounts for any domain on your cPanel account and access them through Webmail or a mail client.

Create an email account

1

Open Email Accounts

Log in to cPanel through your client area or at yourdomain.com/cpanel. Go to Email and click Email Accounts.
2

Start creating the account

Click Create. The account creation form will open.
3

Choose a domain

If you have more than one domain on your account, select the domain from the Domain menu. If you only have one domain, this option does not appear.
4

Set the username

Enter the part before the @ symbol in the Username field. For example, entering hello creates the address hello@yourdomain.com.
5

Set a password

Choose Set password now and enter a password, or click Generate to create one automatically. You can also choose Send login link to alternate email address if you want the account owner to set their own password.
6

Set the storage quota

Under Optional Settings, choose a storage limit for the mailbox or select Unlimited. Setting a quota prevents one account from consuming all your disk space.
7

Create the account

Click Create. The new account appears in the Email Accounts list.
You cannot rename an email account or change its address after creation. If you need a different address, create a new account and set up a forwarder from the old address.
Tick Stay on this page after I click Create if you need to set up several accounts in a row.
