Create an email account
Open Email Accounts
Log in to cPanel through your client area or at
yourdomain.com/cpanel. Go to Email and click Email Accounts.Choose a domain
If you have more than one domain on your account, select the domain from the Domain menu. If you only have one domain, this option does not appear.
Set the username
Enter the part before the
@ symbol in the Username field. For example, entering hello creates the address hello@yourdomain.com.Set a password
Choose Set password now and enter a password, or click Generate to create one automatically. You can also choose Send login link to alternate email address if you want the account owner to set their own password.
Set the storage quota
Under Optional Settings, choose a storage limit for the mailbox or select Unlimited. Setting a quota prevents one account from consuming all your disk space.
You cannot rename an email account or change its address after creation. If you need a different address, create a new account and set up a forwarder from the old address.
What to do next

- Check email deliverability to make sure SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records are configured
- Read your email in the browser by clicking Check Email next to the account in the Email Accounts list — this opens Webmail
